Payment is made at the reception desk of our health centre after the tests. You can choose from the following payment methods:

• cash
• credit card
• health insurance cards
• OTP, K&H and MBH SZÉP cards

To make an appointment by phone or email please call +36 37 999 650. If you booked online, you can cancel your appointment using the online booking system.

Cancellation is free of charge 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, and in case of no-show, 100% of the examination fee will be charged by bank transfer (Exception: force majeure - e.g. hospitalisation - if proof of which is provided within 15 days, we can grant a waiver of payment.)

Maternity care cannot be paid with the K&H SZÉP card.

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early.

On arrival, please check in at the terminal in the lobby with the booking code you received when you made your reservation or, if you have forgotten your code, your social security number. Take a seat in the waiting area and watch the displays where you will be called to the reception and the surgery based on your booking code.

Free parking is available for visitors arriving at the Health Centre in the Health Centre's own car park. Enter through the gate on the left side of the building

Yes. A voucher for any amount can be purchased in person at reception.

The gift voucher can be used for 1 year and cannot be extended.
