Upon arrival, please use the kiosk in the lobby to check in with the booking code you received when making your reservation. If you booked online, you also received your booking code via SMS. If you have forgotten your code, you can check in by providing your Social Security Number (TAJ). Please take a seat in the waiting area and watch the screens – you will be called to the reception desk and the consultation room based on your booking code. After your service has been completed, please return to the waiting area and follow the screens again – you will be called back to reception using your booking code. Our colleagues will check that all scheduled examinations have been completed, discuss any necessary follow-up or diagnostic tests, and assist you in booking those appointments. After payment, you will receive your medical reports.
We kindly inform our patients that appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled examination. Otherwise, and in case of no-shows, 100% of the examination fee will be invoiced for payment via bank transfer (exception: force majeure cases – e.g. hospital treatment – for which proof submitted within 15 days can grant exemption from payment).
