Booking

1. Go to our website mc60.hu and click on the “Book Appointment” button.
2. If you have opened the specialties subpage in our website menu, you will find a “Book Appointment” button under each specialty, or by scrolling to the bottom of the selected specialty page, you will see the “Book your appointment today!” button.
3. After clicking the appointment booking button, our booking system, Healio, will open.
4. On this page, first choose whether you would like to book an appointment by specialty or by doctor.

1.1 If you want to book an appointment by speciality:

• In the drop-down list, click on “Specialties” .
• Next, select the specialty you are looking for, then click “Next”.
• In the drop-down list, choose a treatment and click “Next”.
• In the calendar, find the time slot that suits you best. The calendar only shows available appointments. If you do not see any times for the given week, please use the arrow to move to the next week to view available slots. Once you select a time (the button will turn gold), click “Next”.
• On the personal data page, fill in the requested information. – Please make sure to enter your details correctly. – It is essential to provide a valid phone number and email address. Without these, online booking is not possible. In this case, please book your appointment by phone.
• Please accept our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
• If you wish, fill in the comments field. If you have a coupon code, please enter it here.
• Once you have entered all the information, click the “Finalize” button.
• Important! Please keep your booking code, as you will need it when checking in. If you provide a valid phone number, we will send you the booking details and your booking code via SMS.

1.2 If you want to book an appointment with a doctor:

• In the drop-down list, click on “Doctors”.
• Next, select the doctor’s name you are looking for, then click “Next”.
• In the drop-down list, choose a treatment and click “Next”.
• In the calendar, find the time slot that suits you best. The calendar only shows available appointments. If you do not see any times for the given week, please use the arrow to move to the next week to view available slots. Once you select a time (the button will turn gold), click “Next”.
