Igar Orsolya has always wanted to choose a profession where working with people and helping them is central. This is why she chose to specialise in dietetics at Semmelweis University.
Her aim is to design disease-specific diets considering personal preferences and specific lifestyle factors. She believes that lifestyle change can be achieved without self-mortification, so that the enjoyment of eating can be maintained towards a more balanced life.
Her main specialties are dietary therapy for endocrinological diseases (insulin resistance, thyroid, gynaecological problems).
We are delighted to have Orsolya as one of our dietitians, as she values lifelong learning and is committed to working proactively with her patients.
