Pangl-Szarka Dorottya, as a dietitian and healthcare professional, has extensive experience in the fields of nutrition science, health promotion, and sports nutrition. She graduated as a dietitian from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Semmelweis University in 2014 and has further expanded her knowledge through various additional trainings, including yoga instructor and spine therapy courses, as well as aerobic sports coaching training.
Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous healthcare and nutrition projects, both as a self-employed professional and as a staff member of major healthcare institutions. She is currently a dietitian at the Prima Medica Health Group. Previously, she ran a private practice for several years and collaborated with brands and media outlets such as YoloFood, Dia-Wellness, Centrál Médiacsoport, Femina Média, and Ringier Hungary. As an expert, she has contributed to various books and publications and has given lectures in health promotion programs and training courses.
In her work, she always strives to provide scientifically grounded yet practical and easily applicable nutritional advice, whether for individuals, athletes, or professional partners.
We are delighted that Dorottya has joined our institution as a dietitian, as her extensive professional experience, scientific approach, and dedication make her a valuable member of our team. In her work, she places great emphasis on personalized nutritional counselling and patient education, helping them develop a sustainable and health-conscious lifestyle in the long run.
"During my consultations, I always strive to think together with my patients, treating them as equal partners and working with them to improve their health. My goal is to create a sustainable, balanced, and health-supporting lifestyle that takes individual possibilities and preferences into account. In complex cases, it is essential to harmonize different dietary recommendations and maintain their consistency.
It is important to me to provide credible, scientifically based information while also adopting a holistic approach and focusing on education—because nutrition is more than just fulfilling a basic need.
I do not believe in quick fixes, but I do believe in consistent, personalized nutritional therapy and the vital role of mental balance and overall well-being in lifestyle therapy. One of my future plans is to begin studies in mental health."
